Piston Liquid Filling Machine

is suitable for packing liquid agrochemical, EC, SC or viscosity material (1000ml-5000ml). This machine is driven by the servo motor and volumetric filling principle which realized the high precision of filling. It is controlled by the PLC and human-machine interface. High precision electronic scale data conveying system can be matched with the machine which makes the weight adjusting faster.

1.It is controlled by the PLC, the servo motor drives the double screw transmission structure which realize the high precision filling. No bottles, no filling which links with the other equipments.

2.When changing the filling volume, only press one key in the touch screen can be adjusted. Fine-tune of the filling volume can be adjusted on the touch screen, no need to enter the weighing value.

3.Motor drives the diving of the filling nozzle and matched with the variable filling speed can reduce the possibility of foaming when filling which can avoid polluting the bottles.

4.A liquid holder is installed under the filling nozzles to make sure the liquid can not pollute the bottles.

5.Bottle-in and bottle-out can have two modes: Normal and fast. The fast mode has no delay in bottle-in and out which improves the capacity, which ups 25%.

6.The machine uses the new PTFE piston sealing parts which improve the abrasion resistance and applicability for different materials. It solves the problem of piston filler can not workable for SC, EC, and high viscosity.

7.The whole machine use the frame of Stainless Steel 304 that with perfect anti-corrosion effect. The stainless steel cover and the toughened glass door prevent the dirty air during filling from polluting the environment. Meanwhile, dimensionΦ100mm exhaust outlet reserved on the top of the filling lancers which connected to the induced draught system for exhausting gas.

8.Protective treatment over the interface makes our machine more safety.

9.Filling Machine will automatic stop if the jam and topple of bottles. It can realize the link function with other equipment.

10.It is equipped with the electric scale to feedback the weight. You do not need to manually input the data when fine-tune the volume. Only need to put the filled bottle on the scale, press the number of nozzle will be done. (This function is optional).
